Buddy bought a 98 Cherokee for his daughter, and the exhaust hangers snapped. I need a couple hangers welded back on, but i don’t have a welder. Can anyone help me out?

And duct tape for extra holding power

Hit up your local autoparts store and get some exhaust clamps, then go to your hardware store and get some small-diameter metal rod. Bend the rod into a hook and clamp it to the exhaust.

If you’re completely stuck on the idea of welding, just pick up a harbor freight flux core welder. Yes, it sucks...but it will work fine for messy exhaust jobs.

I don’t think it’s too expensive to take it to an exhaust shop and have it done

I have a harbor freight wire feed that I haven't taken out of the box. You're welcome to use it, though I'm not sure if we actually have any wire for it. I can also dig out my welding gear if you don't have your own.
